The Free plan can be used indefinitely at no cost, allowing you to evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid plan.
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Exceptions are made for verified technical failures attributable to bulkwamessages.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.
Refunds for custom Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms specified in the signed agreement.
