You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's commerce policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's policies or applicable law.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
bulkwamessages is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or WhatsApp's policies, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
