Privacy Policy
Last updated on 11 October 2026
This policy explains what information Bulkwamessages collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers this website and the Bulkwamessages app.
Information you give us
When you create a workspace we ask for your name, your business name, your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email address or WhatsApp number, so we do not store a password for you.
When you write to us through the contact form we keep your name, email address, phone number, business name and your message so that we can reply.
Your customers' information
To send broadcasts and answer chats you add your own customers to your workspace: their names, phone numbers, tags and any other details you choose to store, along with the messages you send them and the replies they send you.
This information belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other businesses, and we do not message your customers ourselves. You are responsible for having your customers' permission to message them on WhatsApp.
Your WhatsApp Business account
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's sign-up window. We keep the details needed to send and receive messages on your behalf, and the access we are given is stored in encrypted form. Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, and Meta handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information above to run your workspace, to send and receive your messages, to show you delivery, read and reply reports, to sign you in, to answer your questions and to tell you about important changes to the service. We may look at how the service is used in order to fix problems and improve it.
Where information is stored and who helps us
Workspace data is stored on servers in Mumbai, India. Like most online services we rely on other companies to run parts of ours, such as hosting, the database, sending email and queuing messages for delivery. They handle information only to provide those services to us, and some of them may process it outside India.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage that the service needs to work: to keep you signed in and to remember choices such as a collapsed sidebar or the currency you picked on the pricing page. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your workspace's information for as long as the workspace is open. You can remove contacts from your workspace yourself. If you want other records, or your whole workspace and its data, removed, write to us and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can see and correct your own details in your workspace. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us through the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
Contact us
If you have a question about this policy or about your information, write to us through the Contact page of this website.
