Terms of Service
Last updated on 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Bulkwamessages website and app. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.
The service
Bulkwamessages lets a business send WhatsApp broadcasts, manage contacts and templates, see reports, and reply to customers, using Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and the business's own WhatsApp number.
Your account
Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or WhatsApp number, so keep access to those to yourself. You are responsible for what the people you add to your workspace do in it.
Your WhatsApp Business account
You connect and use your own WhatsApp Business account. You must follow Meta's terms and policies for WhatsApp Business, including its rules on messaging and on what may be sold. Meta decides whether templates are approved and may limit or block a number that breaks its rules; that is outside our control.
Meta charges for some messages. Those charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and are not part of what you pay us.
Using the service fairly
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and stop when they ask you to. Do not use the service to send spam, to mislead or harass anyone, or to send anything that is illegal.
Do not try to break into the service, disrupt it, get at another business's data, or resell it without our written agreement.
Your content and data
The contacts, messages, templates and files you put into your workspace remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, their prices and what each one includes are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are shown before taxes. We may change plans or prices in future; the Pricing page always shows the current ones.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. The service depends on Meta's WhatsApp platform and on other providers, and a problem on their side can affect it.
Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or is used in a way that breaks the law or Meta's rules.
Our responsibility to you
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, or for losses caused by Meta or by other services we do not control.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
Contact us
If you have a question about these terms, write to us through the Contact page of this website.
